Easy Living Products proudly stands behind its products and offers limited manufacturer's warranty for any product sold under authorized dealers. All equipment when sold is new and carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty except for Go! Sticky (Lifetime Warranty). Proof of purchase from authorized dealers is required. You may contact our Customer Service for additional information.

Returns and Exchanges

As per manufacturer’s policy, items can only be returned if purchased through easylivingproducts.org. All purchases made through other vendors or events cannot be returned for refund. Exchange under warranty is available for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship within one year from purchase date.

Items are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship with original receipt. If any part proves to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A shipping and handling fee does apply when completing the exchange; this covers the shipment back to you. This warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, or has not had routine cleaning or maintenance. Such damage will be reconditioned at our normal repair services rate.

Easy Living Products is not in any manner responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty time from date of original purchase.

Request an exchange

If your product has any defects within its warranty please follow the steps below to exchange your product.

Send an e-mail with a copy of original receipt and the reason for exchange

Please allow 7-10 business days to process the request. All units which have been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents or have not had routine cleaning maintenance will not be exchanged. A $9 Co-Pay for Shipping & Handling is mandatory for all exchanges within the continental US please call or e-mail for exchange rates outside of the continental US.

Wait for the request to be processed

Once the request has been reviewed you will receive an invoice for payment of shipping & handling. Payment can also be made by mail or phone if preferred. When the payment is received you will receive a return authorization number. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the request.

Shipping and receiving exchanged product

Send in product with authorization number and payment receipt. When sending in product please include only the defective unit or piece and no other accessories. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process the request and send out the replacement.
